Terms and Conditions
Payment Details:
We accept payments via bank transfer. Please refer to the invoice for our payment details.
Payment Due:
50% payment is due on acceptance of the project by the client for production costs, with the remaining 50% balance due on project delivery.
Late Payment Fees:
Interest on overdue invoices will be added for each month thereafter at a rate of 10% where payment has not been received within the specified timeframe.
Project Commencement:
The project will commence upon receipt of the 50% deposit due for production costs. Work will begin once the initial payment is received.
Additional Filming or Editing:
Additional filming or editing days will be charged at a ½ day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) rate.
Changes and Revisions:
Changes or revisions to the project scope, script, or creative direction requested by the client may incur additional charges. These will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before implementation. Fees for major changes and/or revisions will be charged at a ½ day (4 hours) or day (8 hours).
Delivery of Final Product:
The final video(s)/ photography project(s) will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. The client will be provided with the necessary files or links for download following payment received in full.
Ownership and Rights:
All rights to use or distribute the video or photography content, including copyright, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the video(s)/ photography produced, remain with Speed Motion Films Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing and until full payment is received.
Additional Info:
Any filming or location fees for permissions etc. or additional charges imposed on the services provided will be the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation:
If the project is cancelled by the client after commencement, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will be determined based on the project's progress at the time of cancellation. Speed Motion Films reserves the right to cancel any project at any time.
Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging our services, accepting our quote, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
“Client” means any third party, individual, partnership, company or other organisation or entity.
